NURSE LIFE BALANCE

Motion Bazaar partnered with Native Digital to create campaign materials for IntelyCare to recruit new nurses to their platform. The approach included sourcing real-life nurses as talent, identifying suitable locations for a nursing facility ambiance, arranging a studio space for portraits and interviews, and casting actors to portray patients. MoBaz handled creative, logistics, crew, and talent for the shoot, and then curated deliverables to blend interviews and b-roll into cohesive and authentic feeling recruitment materials.
